• Vezdali Peninsula, the Menagerie Coast

  • Dilfan Brown

    • Location: The central forests of the Vezdali Peninsula

    • Description: Dilfan dresses in earthy colors with the oaken leaf badge of the Order of Tropical Rangers pinned to his left breast. He perpetually has his dagger ready, except in the company of those he trusts. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are green and beady.

    • Occupation: Ranger in the Order of the Tropical Rangers

  • Dumpf

    • Location: The coastal region of the south-western Vezdali Peninsula

    • Description: An Umpleby who lives on the coast, farming clams and living his best life. He is very mistrustful of strangers.

    • Occupation: Clam farmer

  • Landa Damsell

    • Location: A farmstead north of Bad Elmaweiler

    • Description: This cheerful lady has hooded gunmetal-gray eyes. Her fine, straight, ebony hair is worn in a style that reminds you of a wave of water. She is tall and has a busty build. Her skin is black. She has an elegant nose. Her wardrobe is dignified, and is mostly gray and orange.

    • Occupation: Landa is a farmer by trade.

  • Palma Damsell

    • Location: A farmstead north of Bad Elmaweiler

    • Description: This compassionate girl has slanted blue eyes that are like two turquoises. Her silky, straight, white hair is worn in a style that reminds you of an elaborate sculpture. She is tall and has an elegant build. Her skin is china-white. She has thin eyebrows and large feet. Her wardrobe is tight and artistic, with a lot of black and brown. She is married to Landa Damsell.

    • Occupation: Palma is a farmer by trade.

  • Lystra Ensata

    • Location: The Sea Poppy Hostel, Palma Flora

    • Description: This lady makes you think of a perfect arrow. She has almond-shaped eyes the color of obsidian. Her silky, straight, neck-length hair is the color of black coffee, and is worn in a handsome, precise style. She is very tall, with a swimmer's build. Her skin is the color of a tropical sea. Her wardrobe is eclectic, odd and skimpy (by land dweller standards).

    • Occupation: Lystra is a romance novelist who travels the world looking for interesting characters, exotic locales and powerful stories.

  • Tror "Woody" Glopclub

    • Location: The Irontusk Tribe's Hideout in the woods outside of Bad Elmaweiler

    • Description: Wearing a closed helm and heavy wooden armor, the goblins of the Irontusk Tribe gave Tror the nickname of "Woody". Outside of the suit, Tror isa Hobgoblin who dresses in black pants and brown turtlenecks beneath a burlap coat stained crimson with the blood of his enemies. His tied-back hair is bright-red. He is never seen without his great-club, dubbed "Iz," after Iz Snootnose, the goblin matron who founded the Saltclaw Tribal Confederation and led her people out of the Empire and into the Menagerie Coast.

    • Occupation: Tror is now the Chief of the Irontusk Tribe and has taken his tribe away from Palma Flora.

  • Anja Hauswald

    • Location: The Chunky Explorer, about three miles outside of Palma Flora, near the hamlet of Bad Elmaweiler in the Menagerie Coast

    • Description: This female half-elf's face is marred by burns. She attempts to hide it with thick make up but a close inspection reveals her grievous burns. She likes to wear violet tank tops with long green skirts. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days. She is married to Justus Strong.

    • Occupation: Anja is the owner & operator of the Chunky Explorer tavern & inn.

  • Gorgreta Mountainspine

    • Location: The Jeardra Ruins, about ten miles outside of Palma Flora in the Menagerie Coast

    • Description: This slender female dwarven woman stands about 3'10". She wears a pastel costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.

    • Occupation: Gorgreta is an archaeologist and explorer who was recently sent on an expedition by the Imperial Archaeology Society to investigate a pre-calamity tower located in the Menagerie Coast.

  • Justus Strong

    • Location: The Chunky Explorer, about three miles outside of Palma Flora, near the hamlet of Bad Elmaweiler in the Menagerie Coast

    • Description: This male goliath never wears a shirt and instead opts to only wear a large black jacket. He has a moderate pudge around the gut but he has impressively muscular arms and legs. He is naturally bald and is covered in dark black tribal tattoos. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. He is married to Anja Hauswald.

    • Occupation: Justus was a fellow prisoner from Xhorhas. By trade he is a butcher and a hunter but these days he prefers the bottle to actual work.

  • Jannick Todfreund

    • Location: The Kelemvor Graveyard near Palma Flora in the Menagerie Coast

    • Description: This male human wears tan leather gloves, a tan jacket, and tight pants. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has shoulder length, salt & pepper hair, typically tied back into a loose ponytail. His eyes are amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

    • Occupation: Jannick is the priest of the temple of Kelemvor and the grave digger for the attached graveyard. If prodded, he is willing to cast any cleric spell of 2nd level or lower for a fair market price.

  • Rory the Wizard

    • Location: Rory's Really Big Tower near Palma Flora in the Menagerie Coast

    • Description: This non-binary human is just over fifty and wears a large red hat to cast shadows over their face. They also wear brightly colored silk ponchos to better hide their body. They sport chestnut long hair. Their eyes are dark brown.

    • Occupation: Rory the Wizard is an eccentric mage who lives on the outskirts of town. They are well read and knowledgeable about a multitude of topics. They offer to identify any magic item for the low, low cost of 19 gold.

  • Symbal

    • Location: Palma Flora

    • Description: This woman is tall and slender. She is perpetually draped in fineries. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. She wears thin, golden spectacles that enlarger her emerald eyes two fold.

    • Occupation: Symbal is a sculptor & artist who is constantly on the hunt for inspiration.

  • Verit the Loud

    • Location: Palma Flora, originally from Port Demali

    • Description: A plain middle-aged man, he wears tight fitting pants and brightly colored woolen tunics. He has no hair, whether he is bald or shaved, none know for certain. He wears large thick round spectacles.

    • Occupation: Verit is a Crier & minor bureaucrat of the Marquis of Port Demali

  • Chronimberg

    • Location: Oshinik-Ka

    • Description: Professor Chronimberg is a brilliant alchemist and wizard who has dedicated his life to mastering the secrets of Dunamancy. He was expelled from Veronica Hellion University for his morally dubious experiments. He fled to the Many Hosts of Igrathad, seekign a patron for his experiments. He found on in Buag the Mighty - the old General of Oshinik-Ka. Now working out of his laboratory in the former dungeon of Mebvag Keep, the Professor tirelessly works to unravel the mysteries of Dunamancy. Chronimberg is a human, six feet in height. Potbellied and middle-aged, he sports a tonsure with silver-white hair.

    • Description: Professor Chronimtown is a brilliant alchemist and wizard who has dedicated his life to mastering the secrets of Dunamancy.

  • Glulvrug the Conqueror

    • Location: The Tomb of Glulvrug

    • Description: Glulvrug is an ancient hobgoblin general who helped his people conquer the whole of Igrathad several hundred years ago. He was a tyrant and a butcher. He was eventually killed by assassins. He recently rose from the grave but was put back to rest by the adventurers from Palma Flora.

    • Occupation: General, Lord, Conqueror, Butcher.

  • Ikos the Young

    • Location: Oshinik-Ka

    • Description: Ikos is the General of the Hobgoblin Host of Oshinik-Ka. He ascended to the position after his predecessor was felled by zombies. Ikos is young, determined and wise (for his age). He has short reddish-brown hair and swarthy skin. He wears plate armor and wields one of the seven Vigil Blades - Krastar.

  • Jolam the Unready

    • Location: The Tomb of Glulvrug

    • Description: Jolam was an intelligent necromancer who dreamed of raising an army of undead hobgoblins, with which to conquer the whole of Igrathad and expel the Kyrnn Dynasty. He was short for a hill giant, with long flowing black hair and ruddy skin.

    • Occupation: Necromancer & would-be conqueror

  • Zuag the Elder

    • Location: Oshinik-Ka

    • Description: Zuag is an elderly hobgoblin who has gone blind. He is a wise old man who was once a brilliant horse archer. Zuag has taken up the mantle of Oshinik-Ka's shaman, as the previous shaman and his many students were killed by the air elemental tentacles. Zuag has pasty red skin and is quite bald. His face is covered in liver spots.
